BC Grown
BC-grown cannabis means cannabis grown in British Columbia. It does not automatically tell you the growing environment, THC level, cure or tier.
Indoor
Indoor cultivation occurs inside a controlled building. Growers can manage light, temperature, humidity and airflow.
Outdoor
Outdoor cultivation uses natural sunlight and outdoor environmental conditions. Outdoor does not automatically mean lower quality.
Greenhouse
Greenhouse cultivation uses a protected structure and usually natural light. Some operations also use supplemental lighting.
Hydroponic
Hydroponic cultivation uses managed water/nutrient systems rather than traditional field soil. Hydroponic systems can be used indoors or in greenhouses.
Indoor Does Not Automatically Mean Hydro
Indoor growers can use soil, soilless media or hydroponic systems.

The finished flower also depends on genetics, plant health, harvest timing, drying, curing and storage.
